Terms and conditions of participation in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions concerning your participation in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum of the Pacific Alliance LAB4. By registering in the LAB4, the participant expresses its acceptance and obligation of the following terms and conditions:
Speakers and exhibitors require and deserve all participants to be respectful with the organizing staff of the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum LAB4 throughout the event. If the staff considers your conduct inappropriate, you are caught in a state of intoxication or in possession of an illegal substance, you will be asked to leave the event without consideration for a refund. Under no circumstances you will receive a bonus or be considered for our next promotions and events.
Release of responsibility
Under no circumstances will the LAB4 organizing committee or any of its collaborators be held responsible for any physical damage or injury that could be caused or suffered by the participant in the Palace of Fine Arts facilities or during the event.
The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, so it is recommended to take care of your personal items and valuables.
Once attendees register to attend LAB4+, all necessary arrangements and expenses are made in anticipation of their attendance. In the case of cancellation, the company incurs administrative expenses and loss of business so there are no cancellations. In case you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person, we will be in the best availability to carry it out, at no additional cost. Please send an email from the same email where you made the purchase to email@example.com to process this change.
The organizer of LAB4+ Entrepreneurship and Innovation is obliged to provide the contracted service and only if necessary, justified reasons beyond the organization, fortuitous case or impediment of force majeure, reserves the right to modify the dates and change the venue of the event.
Protection of personal data
The Organizing Committee, we inform you that the Forum for Entrepreneurship and Innovation LAB4 through its website, www.lab4pacificalliance.com, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to them and their protection.
Your personal information will be used for the following purposes: to provide the services and products you have requested; to notify you of new services or products that are related to those already contracted or purchased; to communicate to you about changes in them; to elaborate studies and programs that are necessary to determine consumption habits; to make periodic evaluations of our products and services in order to improve the quality of the same ones; to evaluate the quality of the service that we offer and in general, to give fulfillment to the obligations that we have contracted with you.
For the purposes mentioned above, we require the following personal data: Full name, Age, Fixed and/or mobile phone, Address, Gender, Age range, Grade of studies, Country, Social networks, Email, Company/school and Position.
We inform you that in order to collect personal data from our users we may require the use of means such as cookies (fragments of information that are stored on a web page visitor's hard drive through its mode at the request of the page server, which can then be retrieved by the server on subsequent visits) and/or web/beacons (transparent graphic images, placed on a web page or in an email and that is used to monitor the behavior of a visitor), which can be disabled by you through the procedures determined and established for this purpose according to the operating system you use.
We reserve the right to transfer the files and personal data collected so that they may be processed by third parties other than the company that develop the same, related or similar activities.
It is important to inform you that you have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data, to oppose their processing or to revoke the consent you have given us for this purpose.
To do so, it is necessary that you send the request in terms of the Data Protection Act, communicate via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case you do not wish to receive promotional messages from us, you can send us your request by e-mail: email@example.com you may ask us not to contact you, without giving any reason and without prior notice.
